Los Angeles Office – Sales (Full Time)

We are looking for a charismatic and focused individual to sell and manage waterproofing projects in the Los Angeles and Orange Country areas.Leads are provided. The position is salary plus bonus. The bonus is a progressive structure starting at 1% and reaching up to 2% as various sales milestones are hit.Although Training will be provided, the applicant must have a history of construction to some extent.

The Successful candidate will have:

-Exceptional Organizational skills
-History of working with Microsoft products, specifically Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint
-Strong business writing and communication skills
-Strong mathematic abilities
-Ability to read plans and blueprints
-History of doing On Screen “takeoffs”
-Project Management Skills
-Attention to Detail
-The capability of understanding section cuts and/or details
-Ability to learn technical information
-The gift of gab
-Self-Motivation to work long hours
-The ability to negotiate
