\"waterproofing\"Here are some finish photos of a WICR Waterproofing & Decking job at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Brea, CA. The challenge here was prepping and coating all three stories of waterproof decks and walkways in this \u00a0hotel, while the decks still had to be accessed by hotel guests. The task was completed flawlessly by a combination of good communication with the hotel desk staff and our crew, in combination with using a specially-formulated sealer\u00a0with shorter\u00a0dry time (it’s the same sealer used at Knott’s Berry Farm for fast return to access). We also watched weather conditions carefully, and scheduled work during optimal temperature and humidity conditions as per the manufacturer’s specifications.<\/p>\n
